Second show houseThe first model home (type Laguna) is almost completed. Currently, the plumbing and kitchen are installed. Meanwhile, we have started the construction of the second villa, a Laguna Large type, with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

Final color redFrom today on, the show house is getting its final color: Caribbean red. All colors are carefully chosen by the architect to create this special Caribbean atmosphere.

Start ConstructionToday we started to set up the ground floor walls. Hereinafter, the floors and walls on the 1st floor, and then the roof panels will be placed in position.

FoundationToday we began the building of the foundations for the two model homes. In two months time, the containers with the first construction elements of Xella.nl will arrive. The first containers will be filled with the floor, wall and roof panels, and the special adhesive products.
