A true paradise

Apart from Curacao,  Bonaire is the largest island of the Netherlands Antilles. At the same time it stands out for its small scale. You won’t find any high-rise on Bonaire.
It is the ideal destination for lovers of tranquility  and eco tourists. Furthermore, the island is a true paradise for scuba divers, snorkelers and surfers.

The capital of Kralendijk (about 3,000 inhabitants) does not have a busy night life. It is a quiet town with typical pastel colored buildings.
Places of interest are the 17th century Fort Orange and the fruit market in the Roman Pavilion.
Off the coast lies the desert island Little Bonaire, which you can reach by water taxi. The salt lakes and caves are also worth visiting.

Of course, one can speak Dutch which makes the purchase of a second house on this island even more attractive.
